my mobo is P7N Platinum 750i and my cpu cooler is AC Freezer Cool 7.   I can't get the CPU to go past  2700 MHz (337.5 x 8) and i don't know why. I just got the E8400 and the Asus P5N-D today.  After hours and hours of frustration I finally figured out what's wrong.  The ASUS P5N-D undervolts the CPU about 0.04 or 0.05 volts.  The minimum voltage you need to get the E8400 to 3.6ghz is 1.225.  So in order to actually get that you need to set the CPU voltage to 1.275 or it'll just blue ...
