Those parts are all good.  But I would recommend something higher than a 160 GB hard disk drive.  That amount of space can be used up pretty quickly when it comes to MP3's and extras.  I am sure you will also want videos and movies on your PC too.  I would recommend a 500 GB hard disk drive.  Since you are doing no gaming, and this computer sounds like it would be used for school,  I would also recommend getting a netbook.  The ASUS Eee PC 904 is a really good net book for around $350.00.  The portability with a netbook is unbelievable.

    Computer Specs:
    Intel Pentium D 920 2.8 GHz (4.0 GHz)
    G. Skill DDR2 800 2 GB
    EVGA 9800 GTX

EVGA 122-YW-E173-TR LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard

You don't need something like this if you aren't going to be doing any gaming. A motherboard like the ones listed below support all your other components and are $50 less.

I would go with AMD build instead,

Get a tri or quad core + 780G motherboard and you don't need a graphic card.

    Corsair 620HX
    WD 640AAKS + WD 750AAKS
    Sony DRU-830A
    NEC 24" WMCX

Gotta agree with Leon here, just no need for an 750i SLi board, if going with a old 6200.

I'd suggest going with a GIGABYTE GA-EP45-DS3L LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard and a ASUS EAH4670/DI/512M/A Radeon HD 4670 512MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Retail, much better performance, and a few bucks back via the ol' MIRs.

    Penewah!
