    Show us your DIY

It’s always popular to DIY things instead of just buying a complete one. Have tried it ever? Maybe

our eggxpertises are all good at DIY computer. LOL, however, have you ever tried some specific ones?

If you have, would you like to share your perfect idea with us and show your works with us?

Yeh, was very curious as to how it works, and was very amazed at the speed that arm moves. I think I remember someone on TV saying it moves at 60 mph.

In any case, the hard drive didn't last too long, wasn't careful enough with not gettin dust in there. So it'd work for a little and then at a random point would become inaccessible.

I considered doing that mod and found that if I were to do it I'd be doing so in the bathroom where I could more easily control the humidity and get the dust out of the air much more easily.

Yea, I've heard of suggestions to actually turn on the shower to add some steam to the bathroom to minimize the amount of dust particles, then after the humidity has gone down, do the mod.
