Help me find a PC case

I need a new case that will allow me to secure my hard drives. I would like to be  able to have a key entry would not complicate the fact I will be often times going in and out of the case. I would love to have door that swings out to the rear and have a lock on the front. I don't care about locking down any optical drives only hard drive and to prevent the PC from simply taking a walk. I lost four hard dives in July and it cost me dearly, my current case is fine yet for only home use.

I have a 9800 video card, and I like the 12 cm fans.my MB is a 650i, I need to have room for six hard dives or at least four. I don't know what else to say but I can't seem to be able to find the right case. The new case cannot say, Look Over her at all my lights aren't I  a cool case. I also would like one that has a lower EMF  emissions, but that maybe pie in the sky.

I have seen the cases with the loops on the back for pad locks but that also says to people in my office, there is valuable data here.

My area of reseach is micro biology, the loss of data has to be mimimized in all regards. I  recenlly learned that my hard drives were in fact cracked this be a legal isssue prohibiting me from further coment.   If you hear of any new amazing discovers in my area let me know, : ) Tips for the gardners out there, humic, fulvic, ulmic and C19H19N7O6 acid.

Re: Help me find a PC case

You know one of the locks in the fist link is exactly what I need. However my case is so poorly made that all it would take is a stout screwdriver to rip right through the metal bypassing the lock. I think I need a heaver case to to prevent the can opener effect,  our some type of reinforcements. Thanks for the link, now with that info all I need is a heavy duty case. Are there any that have a swing out door,  I would think a part titanium case would work this would also allow for lower EMI transference from the case which damages the cell tissue and there abilty to funtion propertly, Titanium is the best material for a heat sink, and also a great heat preader.  I small piece of titanium is a lot lighter then a small piece of heavy metal copper. I read somewhere Ti and Carbor fiber worked well in tandum but I guess this is old news to most of you .

Thanks a mill for the reply,

my buget has to be under 220 dollars tho, unless the case is so perfect I would never need another.

Re: Help me find a PC case

Glad to help, I spent about 2 hours googling and searching for a case that was strong and lockable and met your other criteria but I'm batting ZERO. What I did come up with was a way to lock the case and your HDDs with those screw locks and 1 place had them for like $1.83 ea just install them on your HDDs and the rear screws for the side panels.Cool

IAN LI PC-S80A Silver Aluminum ATX Mid Tower Super Silent Computer Case

Yes I am in love with this piece of aluminum Wink : http://tinyurl.com/68fa7t

It is so frigging sweet, now if I could find find out if that strip down the middle black of the front door could glow blue with a flip of a switch I would sell my wifes dogs to get it. Heck I  might sell the nasty beast to the medical college anyways, dam they stink so bad why do women have to have such nasty animals, I rather live with a pig as they really don't stink and at least it would protect me from snakes.

Re: Found PC case Lian Li SB80

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112188

I had a hard time believing this case was selling at such a low price so I check around and it is selling else where for about 235 USD. I also read some reviews mostly not in the US and it is reported to of a much heavier gauge aluminum then any other Lian Li case.  I looked at Lian Li web site and this case may be about two years old in design, unlike the short and long cases that are most popular today. I also learned that NA North Americans like black cases and Europe goes for silver cases. That makes since as the US is a very conservative county and colors are not as well excepted her, but we did make Obama President so maybe we will be more excepting of color now and we can get away for that gothic dark death thing and one again walk in the light of colors. Yes I though I too wanted a black case as well. but no, not after seeing this,  I could not help myself. I will post how well it is put together and how secure I can make it, it is a custom case so it will interesting to see what the verious tempertures are in the case.
