    Foreign credit card.

    hello,

is newegg thinking about accepting un-american credit cards in the near future? i dont get it

the shipping will be inside the US. we only need newegg to accept foreign payments, theres another company that'll bring it to me and take care of this. no need for international shipping from newegg.

alot of people in my region will have benefit from this.

    sory for bad english

    Re: Foreign credit card.

Most likely not. The credit card information will have to match the shipping address as well from the bank. And I do commend Newegg for reducing fraud in this sort of action as well.

amazon does that and it going ok. everybody around here buys from amazon from along time. i dont know what fraud concerns you are talking about.

i dont see a valid reason for newegg not doing so.

i can ask my bank to change the address no problem, only newegg doesnt accept un-us credit cards.

And that is Amazon not Newegg two totally different for one. Do you even know what credit card fraud is?

There are several reasons why they do this. And one they do not what to have to deal with credit card fraud in the first place and dealing with the victim and the back of the victim can become a pain in the butt.

    Re: Foreign credit card.

Aim at keeping customers' safety, Newegg require customers have an American credit

card as well as an American IP address. I believe, in the near future, when they have a

good way to ensure the safety problem, they will be glad to accept internationlly card and

    serve for more people.
