    $48 Sansa e260 MP3 player

I wanted to order this item but it was sold out by lunch time. The auto notify feature alerted me the next day that the item was back in stock but the price was now up to $69. That seemed odd to me. The out of stock situation was remedied the next day!  But the promo price would not be honored?

I think Newegg owes us another shot at this item at the original promotional price of $48.

I actually got my order in on this deal but have yet to receive anything, not even a peep.

All calls to Newegg linger on hold, (great music, though). Emails to Newegg get an auto-reply "contact UPS". UPS says "contact sender". Will call again tomorrow morning to see if I can reach a human but it's a real pain in the a**.

    Hey guys,

Omelette - the $48.00 SanDisk MP3 Player was on a 24-hour Sale e-Blast, so if you got to it the next day, the sale would be over, unfortunately. But I'll let the product guys know you liked that deal and maybe we'll be able to stick it in next month's 24-hour Sale? :)

EDIT: Actually, the $48.00 4GB SanDisk MP3 Player is back in today's e-Blast! Check it out here! :D

Edgeward - was your order successfully charged to your credit card? If it was, you should have received an e-mail notification saying so, and packages typically ship within 24 hours after that (you'll get another e-mail notification telling you it's shipped and giving you a tracking number). If you haven't gotten the "successfully charged" notification yet, check your credit card to see if the charge went through on that end. If it did, you should definitely contact customer service--if the phones are busy, try the Live Chat--that's how I usually do my RMAs and stuff on Newegg because you instantly get connected to a live rep and they process things really fast. Live Chat is only available between 8am and 5pm Pacific Time on weekdays, so go check it out now if you can.
