Lovejojo is right, there won't much of a difference if any. USB2.0 has a burst speed of 480Mb/s but sustains at around 200-250Mb/s. But no company will tell you what their sustain speeds are so it's really a gamble. A-Data is a company I know of but I have no direct experience with their products. I have used Patriot products before and they are quick but sometimes don't support ReadyBoost for some reason. Also, watch out for a write-protect error on the drive. Actually, now that I think about it a friend of mine just got the 16GB version of the Patriot and he loves it...but he hasn't had it for very long yet so...
