a better color for ur eyes

if u stay in front of computer for a long time, its very easy to get eye strain, especially the blinding white background with black text.....

.......here is a way to potect your eyes..(well..just a lil bit)

Desktop -> Properties -> Appearance -> Advanced -> Item (Window); Color 1 (Other) -> Set Hue: 85; Sat: 123; Lum: 205 -> Add to Custom Colors -> Ok -> Apply     DONE!

then all the blanks become light green, oculists believe this color helps reduce eye stress.

i beleve all eggxperts stay long in front of computers... hope this is helpful to u guys..")

Unfortunately the majority of time I spend at a computer is at work and they restricted the settings you can change. Thanks for the info though.

Thanks distancia for being so thoughtful. I like light green too. I am wondering who will refuse this most comfortable colour? I sit in front of computer almost every day and night and would be more than glad to give it try.

These glasses are cool and nice, but I don't think my boss will allow me to wear that at work. And if watching movies at home, I will never want to wear a glass like that. But those can be really cool sun glasses for the nice designCool
