Hello, I am new at the product replacement thing and I have requested product replacement for my radeon 4870 video card and my core 2 quad q6600 to be replaced. I have bought both items brand new RETAIL and I was wonder will newegg send me another brand new retail products of the exact same products that I am replacing? I have read in a different forum that newegg will send a refurbished product is it true? remember I have bought both items brand new at retail. Everything thing that came with the retail products are in the original packaging as prompted.

will I recieve both products in a timely matter?

But replacement would last longer, I would suggest refund and reorder, It's faster.

If you expect a brand new replacement, you'd better request a refund RMA. Accordingly to my experience with Newegg, i think mostly they will ship a brand new replacement to you, however, if you go through all of Newegg's RMA policy, you will find out that they have never promised to send brand new item as a replacement. No one can guarantee.
