    Why fewer daily deals?

Why did newegg.com go from three pages of daily deals down to two?

I have no responsibilities here, whatsoever.

I'm not sure, but daily deals are usually not "deals". Newegg just posts stuff without bringing the price down most of the time.

Looks like to me. They either do up to $50 in savings or give you free shipping. Not really deals.

Actually it was 4 pages. I think 48 total. I never really purchased anything based on the daily deals. They didn't seem like deals more like everyday newegg prices. I basically wait for the shell shocker and the email sales. I also subscribe to the rss feeds.

Still only 2 pages? Even free shipping is a good deal on smaller items.

    Re: Why fewer daily deals?

I think there are still plenty of combo deals, free shipping, and discounts they are just not all listed on the front page. There is normally an option to view discounted items, items with free shipping, etc. in the search criteria on the left hand side while viewing items.

    Re: Why fewer daily deals?

I have purchased probably half a dozen of the daily deals and do look forward to seeing what is offered . I do think that I am less interested now that there only 24 deals vs. 48 .

I also noticed they don't seem to change daily.
