question about a TES Oblivion mod.

This is the mod I'm talking about.

Will it let me play the game with a decent frame rate when I have an integrated graphics chip?

What about the rest of the system and which integrated solution do you have?

Maybe I should reword this question.

What would the recommended specs be for Oblivion with this mod running?

Well there are different types of integrated graphics. I'd say at least Intel 4500 or Radeon 3200. If you can, a HD3450 or HD4350 is would be better

I'd say for CPU, any athlon 64 x2, pentium dual core, or core 2 duo should do. Obviously, the better the graphcis, the better setting you can use. Also, what kinda of monitor are you using?

There's no way the game with that mod is that demanding.  I play the vanilla game just fine on specs worse than that.

I like my games at max settings at 1280 x 1024. I don't know what monitor you are using and most people I know use 22" 1680 x 1050.

At those settings, yeah it would be demanding

Obviously, you can't replace your motherboard. It would be nice if you put in a slightly better GPU like HD. Even something like POWERCOLOR X1550 will boost your performace. If you got the mod and used the same components, you should only be able to play the game ~5% faster...
