I have every confidence NewEgg deserves their alkalades.

I have been with NewEgg for a long time. In the beginning they didn't always get it right. However with years of experience they have now finally come of age.

The primary reason I use NewEgg all the time is because their web site works for me as if it were a good friend . However designed it is the victor here. 

I have not used their customer service for sometime but I am sure they have prefected that too, I am confident that they realized that real adults were calling for service unlike days of yore. However in time I recieved my own personal customer service representative and he was great.

Yea, I really have to hand it to NewEgg. They really came through for me on my latest Digital Camera purchase.  Absolutely fantastic!

Canon SD-990, released to retailers the middle of October.
Suggested Retail Price: $399.99

Middle of October NewEgg's price: $359.99 with free 2GB card, free carry case and free shipping.

 

Then there was the recent newsletter that took another 20 bucks off..

End of October (Newsletter) NewEgg's price after promo code: $349.99 with free 2GB card, free carry case and free shipping.

Beginning of November NewEgg's price: $359.99 with free 8GB card, free carry case and free shipping.

 

 

Meanwhile, there are sill a LOT of stores, both online and retail that are selling the SD-990 for $400 without free shipping and NOTHING else since it's such a new camera.

This camera's got 14.7 Megapixels (more than most DSLRs on the market right now) a large LCD display, light as a feather, fits in your pocket while in the case, very bright flash that can take pictures excellent photos from 15 feet away in a completely dark room and amazing battery life.  Love it to death, by far, the happiest I've ever been with a digital camera purchase, and that's not even considering all the money I saved buying it from NewEgg.
