    20rules, you suck ... it is been 2 months + and you have not yet collected 20 PMs ... you need to provide us with some attractive incentives other than the 20rules ...

    rule #1 - Be the 20th to PM 20rules, and you will know what the 20rules are

    rule #2 - pls refer to rule #1

    rule #3 - pls refer to rule #2
