I'm going to steal this thread from my friends at DV Forums as an homage.

Some folks like listening to music as they surf and post so let's see what everyone likes to listen to.

I am an old classic rocker and have no music newer than 1995 or so. I load up my media player with classics and let it rip.

Currently I am listening to "Roll Me Away" by Bob Seger....What are you listening to? 

Just finished "Come on Closer" by Jem. Next song on my play list is "Dirty Laundry" by Bitter Sweet.

I have some standard music selections on CD(Cd-audio)..that reside in a 6-Disk CD Player(JVC)..they are for playback during PC-use/its not on right now(GMA-is)..but a fav. is Big John by Tennessee Ernie Ford/or Ringo by Lorne Green..but Trisha Yearwood is there also..I have some Pete Seeger..and Bob Dylan,,alot of Bruce Springsteen..

lately I have been putting togehter Playlist's/1-GB size to swap-IN and OUT of my 2-GB iPOD..that's been fun/I have 2400-tracks of music.

...Correction on the Song Title/Big John/....its Big Bad John....and I just read that Jimmy Dean wrote Big Bad John(uncertain)about that....I don't know who's singing it....

but right now Warren Zevon is playing on CD....Sweet Jane....and the Changer just went to:LeAnn Rimes....One Way Ticket....Pro Logic DSP.....coooool.

You've got me beat as well...  I've only got about 80 days of continuous playing, though most of it is probably language audio lessons and podcasts..

 

By the way, ocremix.org is a great place to pick up a few thousand tracks legally..

Really, I'm all over the place.

There being about  180GB of M4A/MP3 files on my server don't help. :D

I've been known to enjoy Japanese or other Asian pop songs when in the mood (hmmm Utada Hikaru), but lately I'm been a bit nihilistic in my tastes and  there's been lots of "Twangy UK-rock" on my playlist. 90's Oasis, Blue, London Suede, Radiohead

Then Again I have my R&B moods.. there's new stuff like Outkast, Nelly Furtado and such also... just depends on what mood is currently demanding what music :D
