    True... This thread has been going on for a long time.  I think that it's because so many people go through their "cyber" lives without thinking about some of the obvious things that we see and realize in our normal lives.  I'm glad that I'm not as old as I thought.  In fact it sounds like I'm actually still a pretty young gamer.  What else would be pretty interesting is for all of us to post a picture of ourselves... Anyone got the "neweggs" to start the first one?

     PS.  Been over a year since I started this post so now I'm 32...

     GAME ON!!!

    I've been playing video-computer games for a long time.    I just turned 40 this year Stick out tongue

     I play games to relieve the stress from work. Buddies

     Especially when I hurt my shoulder slamming into a 500lbs roll of material.  lol

    I'm finally getting back to strategy type games again!  :)

    30.5 isn't old..  I wish I was 30.5 still..Crying

    25. Been playing since 12 or so though. NES, Gameboy, SNES, PC Strategy, PC First Person Shooter, PC RPG, but now currently playing Crysis (First Person Shooter) but waiting for Diablo III (RPG) to get here.

    21 right now, started gaming on the NES when I was 4 or 5 with the class Mario/Duck Hunt combo. Been gaming since. Got into computers due to my crappy 68k Mac lacking enough RAM (4 MB integrated and 4 MB SIMM chip) and a FPU to handle some games. Still love the memories though! Gaming on a PC and PS3 mainly now.

    I'm 53 yrs. old. Not a good gamer, started on an N-64 just enjoy it when I have time. This should help your average age considerably. Now I just play PC games badly. "How old, is old".

    man, I thought I was old....jk. I'm 24, though the woman that holds my wallet for me thinks I'm too old to play games. So what if i have a computer dedicated entirely to gaming, a ps2, NES, N64, SNES, and a Wii?

    I'm 28 and don't get very much time to play video games anymore.  I have 5 kids, run an eBay business, work full-time at the day job, and am an aspiring 3/4 time college student.  When I do have a little free-time I like to ride my motorcycle.  I do enjoy a good Halo party every now and then.  But most of the time it's no fun because the goobers who play it 24-7 get bored after 5 minutes of slaughtering me.

    I'm 27.  I'm not really what you would call a hardcore gamer or anything, but I do love it.  I think I like seeing the technical advances in games most of all.  The marketing is interesting as well.

    I love posts like this one. I'll add as well. I'm 37 going to be 38 next month. I've played video games since the time of Atari in the 70s. I started playing online games with TFC (Team Fortress Classic) in 1999. I've played Duke Nukem, BF, BF2, CS, CSS, MoHAA, I believe all the Splinter Cell Games (my fav), and I've played Max Payne. I'm a wife and mother of 2 daughters (12 and 6.5). I've just finished my second degree (BS in IT) and started to substitute teach the last year of schooling.

     We also have PS2, DS, and Wii. Love my family, love to game and always find time to do all of these things. My husband and I play online a lot of times together. We do the Wii as a family, too. Just if you love to game make it a family thing if you can. I also have a group that I play MoHAA with that we are a group that the ages range from 4 yrs old to 70+. If you play MoHAA come up and see us, John Wayne's Servers. I'm [GR]Athena.

    I'm 17.35ish (I actually did some math for that, wow. lol). I haven't been able to game in a few years because of this laptop (booooo. :[ ), but I'm trying to build a computer to game on now. I feel young reading these replies. lol

    Well, I am not quite into games, but my boyfriend is a big fan, and he is 27 years old, a big boy. I don't think gamers should be confined to certain age. We all have our way to kill time or entertain ourselves. As long as you are happy with that. Just do itSmile
