This is an issue a friend is having with Nero 7. Basically, when he uses the program and is trying to either convert or burn a media file, a pop-up window usually appears, letting him browse to the right directory and select the file(s) needed. This sort of pop-up search window is common in a lot of programs, so I'm sure you're all familiar with it. But, whenever he tries to open this window, it never shows up. His display settings are for one monitor, he's tried to ALT+TAB, but this isn't a window that shows up in the taskbar and doesn't show up in the Task Manager (that's how it always behaves). He has uninstalled and reinstalled the program (after rebooting), to no avail. Again, this is with multiple programs, so I don't think it's specifically Nero-related.
I asked him if it was happening with his internet browsers too but haven't gotten a response back.
Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
