    Overclocking my E8500

So I'm kind of wanting to overclock my Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 to squeeze more performance out of it. I actually have the C0 stepping version. I play very hardware intensive games including Crysis and Far Cry 2. I've never actually overclocked before, so where should I begin? Any help would be greatly appreciated. You can find my system specs in my signature.

Oh I don't think you need overclock it.

anyway, if you are interested in OCing. I think you should just start with BIOS.

Simple version: go into BIOS and change your CPU clock speed and match your RAM speed. Just don't do it too much or you computer will literally explode
