    I still try to stay in shape. The good thing about living in a major city like seattle is theres alot of walking and biking you can do. I live in the university area and all the store and resturaunts are all walking distance. And I rarely eat fast food.

     

    Trust me I have gotten chubby, most of that muscle is back to fat again.
